Short, because there is not much to agree about. Use the tool, own your output, and do not expect a warranty nobody could honestly give.
What the service is
vectortrace converts raster images into vector files. The conversion runs in your browser; a public HTTP API is also offered. The service is provided by SIA DEVINTRY, Lacplesa iela 23-14, Jelgava, LV-3002, Latvia.
Free use
Previews are free and unlimited, with no account. Downloading a converted file requires a Pro licence. That is the whole gate: there is no watermark, no resolution cap and no daily count on previews.
Pro
Pro costs €9.00 per month or €69.00 per year, tax inclusive, and renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the account page and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Statutory rights of withdrawal apply where they apply; ask at hello@vectortrace.app and we will not argue about it.
Your files and your output
You keep every right you had in the image you converted, and we claim nothing in the vector file that comes out. We cannot claim anything in your images in any case: they never reach us. You are responsible for having the right to convert and use the artwork you put in — tracing a mark does not create a licence to it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the API to attack the service or anyone else, do not attempt to circumvent the download licence, and do not resell access to the API as though it were your own service. Rate limits are documented and enforced; sustained attempts to defeat them will end in a block.
Availability
The site runs on one server and we do not promise an uptime figure we have not measured. The in-browser converter keeps working while a page stays open, including offline, because the tracing is local. The API is a network service and is not guaranteed.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as it is. Tracing is an approximation of your artwork and the result may need editing before it is fit for a given production process — check the output before you cut material or go to press. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
If these terms change materially, subscribers are told by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia, and the courts of Riga, Latvia, are the place of jurisdiction, without removing any protection you have as a consumer where you live.
